At ConfidenceClub, we want you to feel as bold as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and size exchanges on all unworn garments. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags in their shipping bag or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
